Yealink EXP39 LCD Expansion ModuleYealink's EXP39 Expansion Module is designed to enhance the flexibility and call-handling capacity of SIP-T28P and SIP-T26P IP Phones. The EXP39 features a 160×320 Graphic LCD and provides 20 programmable softkeys each paired with a dual-color LED. The EXP39 can be programmatically set to support most Yealink IP Phone functions via the units keys, for example 'one-touch' speed dialling. The EXP39's capacity is doubled through the use of a 'page switch' which allows you to cycle through two screens and have up to 40 programmable keys.
Yealink advanced IP phones support advanced IP-PBX functions such as speed dialing, BLF/BLA, intercom, call forward/transfer/hold/park/pickup/return on each of the programmable buttons on the EXP38.
EXP39 is ideal for receptionists, administrative assistants, call center agents, power phone users, and executives who need to monitor and manage a large volume of calls on a regular basis.
Note: To support the use of EXP39 Expansion Modules, individual units of Yealink model SIP-T28x or SIPT26x IP phones must be running firmware version 2.51.x or higher. If you need to upgrade your firmware, the latest version is available HERE (in T28 and T26 folders. . If you are using both accessories, you only need to load the firmware version in the folder "Firmware to Support EHS36").
